Recent Graduates

WBB creates professional work experiences that align recent graduates’ abilities, professional goals, and areas of interest to organizational objectives. WBB enhances the educational aspects of the career development process; provides a system of accountability, and encourages professionalism. We provide an opportunity for recent graduates to develop positive work habits and to test their aptitude for, or interest in a selected field.

Establishing the Right Fit

WBB focuses on recruiting recent graduates whose majors and career objectives align with WBB’s business structure; i.e. government studies, management, strategic analysis, emerging capabilities, etc.

Assigning Meaningful Work

We encourage the assignment of “meaningful” work to stimulate our interns and drive their passion to successfully completing projects. We help our interns grow professionally and develop their knowledge base and skillsets.

Inclusion

Our goal is to not only improve upon a candadites desired skillset, but to develop them into well-rounded professionals that are able to easily adapt to new work environments. This goal is supported by treating our entry-level personnel like any other staff member and making them feel part of the WBB team.

Providing Effective Evaluation

Upon on-boarding to the WBB team, new personnel are mentored by a seasoned professional in their line of work in order to help them adjust to their new environment, answer questions, and direct them to valuable company resources in order to help them perform at their optimal capability.

Mentors work with new hires to establish a structured, regularly scheduled evaluation of their performance to ensure that expectations from both parties are being met and the new hire is adequately equipped with all knowledge and resources to successfully achieve their professional goals and ultimately improve their workforce abilities.

Appealing Work Environment

We provide our personnel with their own, private workspace where they can comfortably perform their duties. Our personnel are given their own personal computer and have easy access to any necessary equipment including; printers, phones, fax, etc.

Providing the Best Compensation

In addition to the invaluable experience our interns will gain, we like to reward hard working individuals for exceptional performance. It is important to us to show our staff appreciation for their efforts and as a result, keep them motivated to keep learning and growing.
